Will this house be painted and repaired before I move in and how is the light situation here?

The landlord will not paint the house, if you chose to paint it, good for you. The kitchen and toilet cabinet was done by me and I will align with whoever that's taking the place in regards to that cabinet. The light status can't be grade if it's band A or Band B etc. Hourly calculation of the light is not certain, because of there's light for 6hrs you're not sure if they will give you 6hrs the next day, while some days if goes about 12 hrs. The house proximity is just one pool from location junction. Regards.
